JZM Series Drum Cement Mixers

JZM series drum cement mixers are self falling type bipyramid reversed discharge concrete mixing machine. The mixing drum is driven by friction between rubber pad and riding wheel. In working style, clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.
JZM series concrete mixers are applicable to the small or medium construction project, used for the variety of concrete production, mortar and grout. They can also be used in some simple project, such as building, country bridge, and small ready-mix concrete plant.

Working principle of JZM Series Drum Cement Mixers:

1. Assemble rubber pad around the external surface of the mixing drum, and the driven-shaft has riding wheels rub the rubber pad. Meanwhile, assemble spiral mixing blades on the internal surface of the mixing drum.
2. In working style, relying on the drum rotating and inner material own gravity, the drums clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and the anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.
3. In non-working style, JZM series concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.
