Overview
QTJ4-40D Hydraulic Automatic Diesel/Electric Brick Making Machine is one of the best well sold models in our factory. This machine is very easy in operating. For this machine,a larger reductor of high quality is equiped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings, thickened square steel frame is used and wear resisting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged.A special super strong vibrator with arge capacity is used. The block products manufactured with both pressing and vibrating forces from upper and bottom are high in density and good in strength. This machine is an ideal equipment for medium and small size block manufactures.
Raw material: crushed stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, expanded perlite, and other industrial wastes.
Applied products: concrete blocks, solid/hollow/cellular masonry products, paver with or without face mix, garden and landscaping products, slabs, edgers, kerbstones, grass blocks, slope blocks, interlocking blocks, etc.
