QT4-18 Fully-Automatic Hydraulic block making machine:
Configuration: Fully-automatic with hydraulic system with electricity cabinet, Hydraulic station,Proportional valves, Vibration platform, Pallet conveyor, Brick conveyor, Base material feeding device, Pigment feeding device.
1- Automatic with Siemens PLC control system and Touch-operating Panel, Double Delta frequency converters, use less labor.
2- Hydraulic transmission,mechanical vibration, and hydraulic pressing and forming are adopted
3- Adopting the advanced forced material-feeding & distributing device, More durable.
4- It could make many kinds of color-faced pavement tiles, color-faced grass-planting bricks and curb bricks, as well hollow blocks and interlocking wall bricks by changing different molds.
5- Quality Insurance:
PLC and Motors from Siemens Brand, Hydraulic from Germany Brand YK.
Switch from Siemens or CHTN.
Molds are made of Manganese steel, long lifetime.
6- Certificate: ISO quality control, CE (MD+LVD).- European Quality.
Raw material: crushed stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, expanded perlite, and other industrial wastes.
Applied products: concrete blocks, solid/hollow/cellular masonry products, paver with or without face mix, garden and landscaping products, slabs, edgers, kerbstones, grass blocks, slope blocks, interlocking blocks, etc.
