JZC Series Concrete Mixer

JZC series Drum concrete Mixer , also with another name of Biconical Reverse Discharge Concrete mixer, the mixing drum is drove by gears, and start to mix concrete by rotating forward , and Discharge concrete by rotating backward. It consists of concrete mixing system, raw material loading system, water supply system, electric control system. Besides, it is portable with two rubber wheels.

JZC series concrete mixers are applicable to the small or medium construction project, used for the variety of concrete production, mortar and grout. They can also be used in some simple project, such as building, country bridge, and small ready-mix concrete plant.

Technical features of JZC series concrete mixers:

1. Adopt electric motor for power supply;
2. Mixing drum is driven through gear ring. Low noise, Low energy consumption, no slip in rainy weather, easily operate.
3. JZC series concrete mixers are portable concrete mixers with 2 tyres, except JZC750 is fixed concrete mixer.
4. Assemble lifting bucket, which mouth is lower than ground, be conveniently for aggregate loading and feeding.

Difference of JZC series drum concrete mixer

JZC300/350A/500 drum concrete mixer is mobile concrete mixer with wire rope hoisting tipping hopper. A hopper is adopted to do the feeding. These machines have the advantage of convenient feeding. While, JZC350B/750 are drum concrete mixers adopting wire rope hoisting sliding hopper. They have independent charging motor. Therefore, they have advantages of high feeding speed and easy operation. Furthermore, they have ladder with height of 17~25m to deliver concrete to a relative height.
